The Printek Carriage Home Sensor is a repair part for the Wide Carriage FormsPro Dot Matrix Printer models 4600 and 4603.

Replacement Instructions:

Unplug the power cord.
Open the Ribbon Lid and remove the ribbon cartridge.
Move the print head to the right side of the printer.
Unplug the sensor cable from the carriage home sensor.
Remove the two screws that fasten the sensor to the ribbon drive assembly and remove the sensor.
Install the new sensor and reconnect the sensor cable.
