The Printek EEPROM used on the FormsPro Wide Carriage Dot Matrix Printer models 4600 and 4603.

Replacing this device will require that all the Setup Menu information be re-entered. The EEPROM contains all the printer's Setup information and should only be replaced if the printer reports a "Bad EEPROM" error message or if instructed to do so by Printek Technical Support.
