The Printek Paper Out - Paper Detector Assembly is a repair part for the FormsPro 4000 Series Dot Matrix Printers as well as the FormsPro 4500 Series of Dot Matrix Printers. In the FormsPro 4000 and 4003, it was labeled "paper out assembly" and the verbage was changed with the FormsPro 4300, 4500 and 4503 to be labeled "paper detector assembly". Both the sensor and the emitter are included with this part.
