Printek Ribbon Lid, FormsPro 4600, FormsPro 4603

The Printek Ribbon Lid is a repair part for the FormsPro 4600 and the FormsPro 4603 Wide Carriage Dot Matrix Printers.

To Replace the Ribbon Lid you must:

1. Open the ribbon lid.
2. At the hinge on the left end, loosen the screw over the brass plate.
3. Remove the screw that is not over the brass plate.
4. Rotate the plastic hinge on the remaining screw while lifting on the lid and remove the lid.
5. On the left hinge of the new lid, loosen the screw over the brass plate and remove the other screw.
6. Rotate the hinge and install the new lid.
7. Reinstall the screw that was removed.
8. Tighten the screw over the brass plate.
