The Tally Dascom LA650+ Dot Matrix Printer, model 917923, prints at speeds up to 900 characters per second. This printer comes standard with Parallel, Serial and Ethernet interfaces. It includes DEC PPL2 command set and MMJ Adapter.

DEC compatible printers continue to be in demand. This printer is particularly suited to DEC servers, DEC VAX and Alpha, in VMS and Open VMS operating environments. They compliment the existing entry level LA-matrix printers. The LA650+ fully supports the DEC ANSI PPL2 (Printer Protocol Level 2) command language including barcodes, plus IBM Proprinter and Epson SEC P/2 for full system compatibility.

The LA650+ handles paper and multi-part form widths of 3 inches to 16.5 inches and lengths of 3 inches to 22 inches. The workload for this printer is 40,000 pages per month.
